errrrrrrrr... you might "feel" fine but you don't know what's going on in your very new running legs. Do some non-impact exercise tomorrow ... your busy week will not set your running back, really. Better that than you do yourself a mischief which *would* set you back! Couch to 5K will still be here after your week and so will we if you need a motivational kick to get back to it

Well done! Wish I could jog away from my sugar monster - returned from my weekend away to lots of Mothers Day chocolates! WK5 R2 for me in the morning if I can roll out of bed!
