Hi everyone first post here. I have one week left on the couch to 5k. My aim this year is to lose weight and get fit and healthy .Just wondered what to do next? With two young kids I don't have a lot of free time and prefer to follow a plan. TIA x

Well done, Laura I am too in that same boat. I am on Week 9 of the podcast, C25K, really happy I've made it, finally. I have a real motivation to get fit and get my stamina up now, as I've promised myself & others I will embark on a 10K run in May 2018. Not long away, so need to keep up my training and planning to next do the couch to 10K podcast, but it says you can start mid-way through if you've completed the 5K podcast already, so that's good, I am hoping I will be able to do a 10k by the time May comes along.
