Anyone else doing C25K with major health problems?

I’m getting tested for Lupus and I have a history of autonomic problems (POTS Syndrome).

There are many different runners here with different health conditions and or in remission / recovery from illness. We are great for the motivation and support. The specifics for your conditions and running are best talked over with your consultants/GP’s. We always advise once you have the go ahead take it very steady and repeat runs if you need, it is a journey not a race.
