First Park Run

Well I managed my first Park Run and ran for 35 minutes for the first time. Still did the warm up walk to start with and follows the C25+ Stamina podcast (although not following the beats) to keep me going for 35 mins. Feels good to have progressed further and feels like it won't be too long before I'll be able to run for the full 5k.

Well done! Were the people lovely?

Everyone was very friendly. Lots of smiles as I met faster runners coming the other way! It was their anniversary so a little distracted by the time us slower runners finished, but I was pleased with my success so that's what matters most.
