So, I’ve been lurking a while and enjoyed the encouraging posts and responses.

Today I finished w6r3.

I feel so good! Amazed at what I’ve achieved.

I KNOW I could never have got this far without the program or all of you!

I plan to finish week 9 at our local park run, that will be March 31st and I’m really looking forward to it!!!

I’ve lost 11lbs of Christmas wobble, given up the smokes and generally feeling so positive about everything, which is great having suffered depression and anxiety in the past.

THANK YOU THANK YOU ❤️

Hurrah, I think the benefits to anxiety and depression are so amazing with running. Its the main reason I do it for stress release. You sound like you are going great guns well done. And you are slimmer and a non smoker and a Runner!! x
