I only bloody did it at the 1st time off asking. Two years ago I got to this stage and because of personal issues I didn’t do the 20mins and gave up. Must admit ive joined a gym so run 2 and 3 have been on a treadmill. I know that the program has improved my fitness so much I even did a short 10 min bike hiit workout. 40 second Light peddling then full blown out for 20 secs. Any way people thinking you can’t do wk5r3 as it hard you can and when you do it you will feel soooooooooo GOOD and that’s coming from a man who’s weight is 17.10 stone (loss nearly 2 stone slimming world and c25k)

It’s an important milestone and something changes for the better after this run. Somehow you know, when you’re asked to add another 2/3 minutes, that you can do it.

Onwards and upwards - slow and steady 🐢👣🏃🏼‍♂️

Brilliant, well done Doug. I've started Wk5 and have to admit I'm wondering how on earth I'm going to tackle a 20 min run . You have spurred me on, thanks.

Well done you! And doing it on a treadmill is not a bad thing, you're still running!
