Started raining when I was halfway through the run so looked like a drowned rat by the time I got back to my car but I persevered and did it! I ran 3k in the allotted 25 minutes so feeling very pleased with that. I plan to do a Park Run with my daughter and granddaughters in 4 weeks time so feel I am well on track for that. In fact, I'm feeling so confident that I have now registered for the Park Run. My 8 year old granddaughters do it in about 35 minutes so I might have to pick up my pace a little!
