That was hard but I kept going. 5 mins next week? Not so sure. Anyone else similar?

Well done! It sounds like a big jump but you can do it 👍🏼

Me too! It is a bit of a worry, but I am trying not to over think it. Just trust the process and find a nice place for the run with lots to look at and distract myself. And not going too fast! We will do it! 🏃‍♀️ 🏃‍♂️ 🏃‍♀️

Hi Tasha, I did week 3 last week and was really worried about that 5 minutes, but this week I’ve been fine, and you will be too. I was pleasantly surprised, and I guess the programmers must know better than us newbies about what is possible :-)) Good Luck!

Me too but since Monday I'm resting a very painful right knee 😭

Hoping I can do W3R3 Monday and start W4R1 on Wednesday. All the best for you 😁

My knee is killing me too but my sporty friends, one of whom is a sports physio, said to keep going as it’ll subside, it’s just muscle strength needed.
