Well the thaw has begun so finally safe to start W9 without risking broken bones. 6 days since my last run so feeling slightly apprehensive. Fear not, nailed this run, slow and steady but not desperate for it to end as I have felt at times in the past. 2 runs to go then 'Graduation'!! Wayhey!
