Well I had been hoping for a decent cycle today but we got up late and he wasn't keen on the weather so I figured it had to be done.

The rain started lightly 1/3 way round and was tipping down by the time it was time for the cool down walk.

Its the first time I didn't manage my garden aerobics after although I did do a few in the kitchen much to my partner's amusement.

W8.... let's go! 👍😁💪
