Went to bed last night resigned to the fact today's W6R3 was a definite no no!

Woke up this morning resigned to the fact today's W6R3 was a definite no no!

Went out and did a bit of shopping, took a slight diversion on the way back and checked out my route, decided today's W6R3 was a possible maybe?

Got changed, no headphones, decided today's W6R3 was again a definite no no!

Thought to myself, "It's a 25 minute Run, why do you need Michael and music anyway?" Decided today's W6R3 was a goer!!

Turned my volume up, set the timer to twenty five minutes. Started my warm up walk with phone in hand until Michael told me to run for it then started my timer, put my phone away and just ran!!

Twenty five minutes later today's W6R3 was in the bag, with just a five minute walk left!!!!!

And all that kept me going through out it all was the thought of raising the cream horn trophy when I returned home!!!!

Bring on week seven!!!!

😂😂😂👏 fabulous! Well done and hope the horn was trophy enough! 👍💪😁🌟🌟🌟

Loving that trophy... although its probably in calories the total you’ve burned getting this far in the plan. Still every mouthful worth it.
