Tim's Run in Cologne

As I can't run tomorrow either, I ran in Tim's memory today. It was a gorgeous fall run through the Stadtwald ("city forest") in Cologne, Germany. I was smiling a lot, enjoying this run, and occasionally remembering Tim's advice to slow down when I was going faster than conversational pace.

The photo is from my cool-down along the channel leading to/from the Stadtwald.
