Lovely morning for a W2R2 outing!

Felt almost guilty going out for W2R2 this morning, it was a glorious morning and Ella and I both sailed through the intervals.

I remembered something I read the other day, you can't control your heartbeat but you can control your breathing, so I focussed on keeping it slow and steady and it seemed to work. Not sure if that will last but so far so good!

Good luck to everyone battling horrific weather, friends and family in Scotland are posting pictures of blizzard conditions.
