W8R3:all up hill

I decided to avoid the bay today, which is a pleasant, breezy, and relatively flat run, because three women have been assaulted running there in the past week ☹️

I ran around my suburb instead, and it was like an Escher painting: all up hill. How is that even possible? And very hot, no breezes. Hardest run ever!

Well done!! I still find even walking up hills incredibly tough...let alone running!! That’s one of my aims, to be able to do some trail runs😎💪🏻
