Hi All, first time here, and just beginning C25K. W2 R1 just done this evening. Bloomin cold, but great to get a bit of daylight now to see the paths! Since I started all my runs have been a tad cold so have been wearing a hat to keep the old ears warm - helps absorb the sweat! LOL - Good luck folks!

Well done on going out in this blinking cold weather. Hope your runs coincide with some warmer weather, although don’t hold your breath I guess.

But congrats on making it through to Week 2, its tough to keep the momentum at this time of year.

Welcome to the forum Siadwell . Well done for getting through week 1 and onto week 2, it's not easy when you have to brave the cold to start this running malarkey. But I hope you keep going through the cold snap (even colder) that has just been promised on the weather forecast. Good luck.
