Can’t believe I am on week 7, just completed my 2nd 25 min run! After having problems with breathing on week 2 which I have now mastered thanks to all of your advice/tips I now find that I feel fit enough to run on but my legs are getting a tired heaviness feeling in the quad muscles. Is this just because my legs Aren’t strong enough yet?

Stretching after your warm down walk while your muscles are still warm is important. Always warm up well first too.

The legs are only just getting used to the whole thing... lots to build up on. Make sure you are doing some strength and stamina exercise... the longer runs need it
