So on Friday I completed W5r3 ran for 20 mins. Saturday I went for an 8 mike walk with the family. By Monday my motivation has gone missed my run and today felt like that I wasn’t capable of w6r1 even though I completed it. Does anyone else loose motivation after a weekend off?

Hi there, yes but just remember why you started and how you felt after completing that 20mins, keep at it, force yourself if you need to because there will come a time in the not too distant future when you really start to enjoy it. It’s your mind playing tricks, get your trainers on and GO.
