I smile & nod my head at all the runners i pass whether i am walking or running...the more they are struggling the bigger my smile as a form of encouragement 😊

It’s becoming very popular. I see so many more people running now than last year. It’s great. Judge me or not, I don’t care. Going home now for a 5K run.
Unless of course you are wearing those weird toe shoes. Then everyone will judge you. Harshly.
You mean nobody is thinking: cor, what a babe, nobody would think she was an old bird, coo, look at her run, like greased lightning?
