Hiya and welcome to a new week.

Sometimes we don't feel like putting a whole post up but just want to share something small, so this is a great place for doing that during the week.

If youre a lurker it is a great place to say a little hi without the pressure of a full post.

Wishing you all a happy and healthy week,

Juju, Realfoodieclub, Oldfloss, Millsie-J and Jan-now-runs

It seems to have stopped raining here at last, so I'm hoping it will stay dry until after I do my run this evening... Hope the rest of today's runners are managing to avoid the wet!

Graduated on Friday. Was going to start running with the One Hour Runner program after a 2-day rest but I have a backache and stomach has been upset for a couple of days so I'm taking time off (still getting to the gym and trying to walk at a brisk pace). Hope this isn't the beginning of reverting back to Couch Potato-hood for me.

One of my colleagues mentioned yesterday that she was thinking of starting running - so i enthusiastically recommended the podcasts or app and said I’d be cheering her on! Asked her this morning and yes, she had gone and enjoyed it... :D

Reached WK6 and sacked off the old Addidas Tepanga & bought proper running trainers now ...... giant steps is what I take walking on the moon (well not really but you get the idea).

Taking tonight to do an off plan, slow, 20min jog before going in to week 9 in 2 days, because why not ☺️

It wasn't planned but that will make my birthday my graduation run πŸ‘ŒπŸΌ (Hopefully in the snow)
