I’ve been AWOL since we went skiing. I turned my knee so it was a bit stiff when we got back (nothing major I still skied on it) and with a few days rest it was right as rain. Since then I went into night shifts and then found lazy excuses on my days off.
On Monday I went for a spa day with a friend and attempted my first ever treadmill run. I was a bit nervous of it but ran the full 20 minutes (all I had time for before my massage) with relative ease considering the weeks I’ve been off track... maybe I should covert to treadmill!
So today I woke up in a bad mood and decided it was the PERFECT opportunity to get back to it. I changed up my route and playlist again and am pleased to say I got through 28 minutes with only a slight stitch. Am now in a much better mood and feeling great.
