I beat my personal best AGAIN!!😃 (by 7 seconds!!) This is just proof that my body is getting fitter and healthier. I still continue to amaze myself😆 I had a good feeling about tonight’s run. I’ve found that most of the times when I feel like giving up and walking, it’s my head that’s telling me to stop, not my body. So tonight I thought I’d give it a go and not listen to my head, but listen to my body and my body could keep on going🏃🏼‍♀️ I’m also loving running because it gives me some time to clear my head and think about my goals: why I started my journey, what I’ve achieved each day, what I want to achieve in the future. Running is my time to de-stress🧘🏼‍♀️

Well done 👍. Do take care though! There’s no need to push yourself at all for the programme. Don’t worry about personal bests at this early stage. If you push too hard early on you will get injured !

Your running legs have to be built up over many months so take your time 🙂. It’s great fun, so the last thing you need is an injury to stop you in your tracks 💪👍
