Just back, managed the 25 mins but had heavy legs and aching ankles most of the way 🙁 not sure why but it seemed so much harder today, lots of stretching after so hopefully will help !

Heavy legs is a common symptom of poor hydration.
You may just need longer rest between runs, now they are getting longer.

Hi Hels, I think at this stage of the programme, cumulatively it just starts hurting that bit more. By now your bod could have done close to 100km that it hasn’t done of late. If I had my time again at the later stages I would have taken an extra day when I was tired. Instead I sort of gritted my way through it, and it was only afterwards it occurred to me I’d got so fixated on the 9 weeks, that I hadn’t thought about doing it steadily.
Hydration too, always drink today for running tomorrow I believe is the mantra.
