Happy Thursday everyone🙋

Completed W7R3 this morning and it was lovely. Sun was shining and I was even brave enough to take the dog on the waist-lead for the very first time (put it off until now because he is very much a puller and I've been scared that he's either gonna a) pull me over or b) make me run too fast and I'd not be able to finish. But pleased to say it went to plan and we both survived 😬)

This is the first time I've got to the end of a week and not worried about whether I can do the next one (I don't mean to sound smug AT ALL, and I really hope I'm not jinxing myself, but I'm thinking "it's only another three minutes".... And then I laugh out loud at myself for thinking three minutes running isn't long when it doesn't seem five minutes ago I was worrying about running three minutes full stop!😂😂😂 what a very clever program this is!

I hope everyone else is seeing some of this lovely sunshine today and I hope this great feeling lasts all day (it usually does)

Happy running!🏃🏃🏃

Well done! Hope the hound enjoyed it (and that you didn't run him ragged!).

You're so close to your target - and now you can see how those increments are entirely manageable, surely it must be clear that you will easily smash the 30 minutes!

I'm starting to believe it's possible...but,I really can't believe it. 😝

And no, it would take a lot to run my hound ragged!! And besides I'm SO slow(!) I know the advice on here is not to worry about speed - and I never have, so since doing the continuous runs I've started using map my run and my average jog speed is 8.25 km/hr But, two feet off the ground means I'm technically running... So so so happy

Of course you're running! I'm glad to hear you are enjoying it so much, you sound so buoyed up. It's wonderful how much of a boost running can give us.

I bet the dog is thrilled to get the exercise, so everyone's a winner!

Wow.. that's great to hear that you feel so great going into week 8. I recall feeling that way around the same time as the end seems so close when all it's just a further 5 mins down the road. Already looking forward to the graduation post :)

Well done. It’s a lovely day for running. Unfortunately it’s my rest day today. My W7 D3 is tomorrow.

:D Oh man, there is no way I would ever attempt running with a dog. I don't know how you folk do it!I do however know EXACTLY what you mean about "only another 3" and then doing a doubletake on yourself.
