Well after 9 days off with flue was panicking if I left it any longer fitness may of dropped so went for a run .. 28 mins in the bag and I can honestly say I missed it it felt great πŸƒπŸƒπŸƒ

Oh dear "missed it and it felt great". This means you are hooked and will probably keep running after you finish the programme. I'm not sure there is a cure.

I sure hope so it is something I have always longed to do but never been able too but that may be down to speed lol so hopefully it will long continue if my knees hold out that is with my weight lol ( but that's comming off two )

I agree, it feels great to have come this far in the program(also week 8). I am really enjoying running also, it makes you feel alive!
