C25K take 2 [4 years later]

Hi all, back again, completed C25K in 2013, lost weight, the lots of personal problems, family illness, deaths etc, you seem to have more important things to be doing. Put back on most of the weight I lost, I'm sure I'm not the first. Trying again, did week 1 day 1 this morning, all went well and added an extra minute 'just for fun'. Don't really like running especially in this weather, but will try to see it through [again]. Many thanks for your support last time, it makes a big difference.

Nice work, Jon! I am also back at the start of my C210K programme, as I had a break after my half-marathon last year. Good luck - it should be much easier for you this time round.

Life can be like that - proper kick in the teeth. Hopefully the discipline of running will give a focus. Plan and prepare as well as you can so things don’t sabotage you. Find something good to listen to - podcasts, music. Keep an eye on the forecasts and if you can get out when the sun is shining, soak it up the the max 🌞🙏
