hello! I just heard about this C25K and I'm going to give it a try - have a persistent sore right ankle so hope it doesn't get worse..I'm not a runner but everyone's success is so inspiring!

Trust in and follow the programme and you too will be running for 30m minutes within 9 weeks or so. Maybe try some strengthening exercises for your ankle as you go along.

Thank you! How do I strengthen my ankle do you think? I was going to get one of those support thingies

Careful of the ankle, look at getting a gait analysis and get some shoes accordingly, good luck!

Check this out.. then..make sure your shoes are okay...take note of the ankle and if it does not improve, get it checked out:)

Slow and steady does it as you go along:)
