Hi I started 2 weeks ago however I am not running am walking on the treadmil just wanted to increase my fitness level. Once I continue walking I will do that once again with running
Did someone walk instead of run? If so did you get any results?

I Ann doing it on a treadmill in my living room. I am running but probably at a speed most people walk (a fast walk) Not sure if that helps you. It can be daunting but it really does work. I am over weight. I was scared I wouldn't be able to do it running. But last night I did my first run outside and I am on week 5! Keep going. 😀
People sometimes thing that running is a faster and more difficult sort of walking. They are different motions. Personally I find a gentle run far easier to sustain than a brisk walk, yet I get a much better cardiac workout from the run.
But whatever works for you... just don't underestimate yourself... nor the additional benefits of being outside, especially in the winter months. Treadmills are great if you really have no other option but the couch.
