Today, insted of running session, I was walking for over 5 hours in beautiful New Forest. I've done over 11 miles (22,500 steps). I hope it counts.

I think that easily counts as the most rigorous warm up walk I've ever seen. You do get out and about to lovely areas. How's the aches and pains coming on - got rid of your scarf yet?
I got rid of the scarf although it sometimes hurts all of a sudden in a move I would call not out of ordinary, so the pain is always a surprise.
I love walking and hiking, but this year didn't go much. My running routine is always altered by those trips, as my legs need a rest day before and after. Thus, today I will probably give them rest. Not to postpone my running more, I intend to set alarm earlier tomorrow to jave a morning run.
Oh that makes a lot of sense to me. 11 miles is a good old walk
