Did Couch to 5k about 6 years ago and was amazed at how far I pushed myself. Before that I never thought I could run continuously for half an hour. Then life took over, I changed jobs, started commuting further to work and I stopped running. It’s taken a while but now I’ve decided to get back into it. Just finished week one, run one. A long way to go, but feel amazing for doing it and it wasn’t as difficult as I’d built it up to be I my head. Roll on Saturday for W1R2!! 🏃🏻♂️

Same! I also got out the habit so have decided to start again. I’m using the app rather than the podcast and really enjoyed W1R1 listening to my own music. Looking forward to W1R2 today.
