Hi everyone. Been doing Couch to 5k since New Year. Been really enjoying it, but woke up this morning to see it’s -3 out and soon realised that everything is aching. Might be putting W5R3 off until lunchtime when I can assess how I feel a bit better. Currently training for the London to Brighton Challenge and have a training walk at the weekend so would rather feel better for that.
