Never did I think I would want to run more...

I am week four and have done 2 out of the 3 runs. Quick question. I would really like to do more (but know that we should have a rest day in between). What can I do on my rest day that will scratch my itch? I just don't enjoy other exercise like I do running. Can I do a previous week's run (so I don't push myself) or is that an absolute no no too?

Some kind of cross training?

You really need a 5-6 month running base before introducing more running days

Please read the guide to the plan healthunlocked.com/couchto5...

Any non impact exercise is good for you on your non running days.
