Another 5k more comfy this time

So having completed my first full 5k doing the park run on Saturday, which was no mean feat by the way, I’ve just done my second 5k, took the pace down a notch and was so much more comfortable, I actually felt really good from start to finish, oh and I was wearing my brand spanking new trainers which were an absolute dream (had the whole gait analysis thingy done) Decided I’m going to spend the next few weeks doing the same as tonight to build on my stamina then taking it up a notch to start the bridge to 10K

That's great, well done. The sustainable pace thing makes the enjoyment so much more. 😀

Well done. Consolidate with nice steady running while you build stamina and strenghen those running legs.😊x
