Week 3 Run3

Well I'm chuffed at how this week is going! I never thought I'd manage running for 3 minutes, but I'm not acutally finding this week too hard!

My breathing doesn't seem so much of an issue as it was last week, though I am now mainly running on a cycle track which as a slight incline so no where near the steep hills I was running before. I think they were too challenging for someone who had never run in their life to tackle!

I can already see a difference in my stamina as I don't need so much recovery time now. However instead of concentrating on how out of breath I am now, I seem to notice how much my legs ache instead.... which is OK. I can deal with aches and pains but I can't deal with not being able to breathe! Lol.

One more run for this week to be done on Tuesday then on to week 4 it is, and after looking at it, I'm actually looking forward to the challenge! Who ever thought I would actually enjoy running??

Now I'm aiming to do my first 5K in april (the day after my birthday) instead of July for a local children's hospice! Woop Woop, I feel excited already!
