coming to the end of week 2, I am so unfit but dare I say Im actually starting to enjoy it? My legs are still like lead balloons but the mind is keen and energetic, lol. I tried this before but damaged my groin and the shin splints were just too much but this time, I'm taking it slightly easier and am having a spirulina protein smoothie after each podcast. No shin or groin pain as yet. Im walking up ben Nevis in June so that's my first big goal
