What a long 5 mins

I've completed Wk4 run 1 this evening. I thought the 5 minutes would never end! I did it though and now can't wait for run 2. I just need to find a new route as the one I've been doing is no longer long enough. I never thought running would be so therapeutic- really gets rid off the work stress.

Good on you. You can do it as you've shown. I completed W4 tonight.

Well done. I think it's just not thinking about long you're running for but just enjoying the run. Did the 2nd run last night and felt it was a bit tougher but when I got back my pace was quicker than the first. Good luck with week 5 - not that you'll need it.
