Well im repeating my last run for week 1 as i left it so long between doing my first and 2nd run.
However, where i live is quite hilly and these hills are killing me! Downhill is easy! But when going uphill i feel ready to die!

They definitely add an extra level of challenge - but look on the bright side. If you start your running somewhere hilly, anywhere else you go must be easier!
I've just moved from somewhere pretty hilly to a much flatter area, and although it's definitely making these early weeks far easier than they've been in the past, I'm uncomfortably aware that if I run just about anywhere else, it's going to be much harder work... :/
Thats very true! It can only work in favour of building up stamina i suppose!
