Week 1 done, ( I know it’s only week 1) but... surprised myself, I enjoyed it, thought I would struggle, but starting to feel like I’m achieving something. Onwards and upwards for week 2.

You got the hard part done by just making it out the door and starting the run.

It honestly, truly gets better from here. I am actually training to get to 3 miles every other day so I can then push to 5 miles... something I NEVER thought I’d say when I had trouble doing a 60 second run!!! YOU GOT THIS
