I did my third week third run yesterday and was quite pleased with it. I have slowed myself down which helps me cope better. I am doing my runs on a treadmill and having spoken to people that run outside, feel a bit like a second class citizen, like it's not real running which does dishearten me a bit.
On a lighter note, I am using the c25k app which lets you pick the emoji face of how you are feeling, at what stage did you all start feeling the big smiley face emojis? I haven't got to that point yet!

I never did get to the point where I started with a smiley but I usually finish with one 😊 keep at it, it really does work. I run outside but I actually think treadmill running is harder.
