I’m so sorry to hear this. Rest in peace Frank.
Go run it out buddy. Xx
Run him a good one... xxxx
Condolences, rolysmate. Have a good run for him and for yourself. x
Sorry to hear that. It’s the first anniversary of my step-daughter’s death today and I’d like to run for her too but I’m still recovering from Sunday’s race. Perhaps I’ll squat for her instead but it doesn’t have quite the same ring to it xx
A sad day for you xx
She was severely disabled and we were blessed to have her for as long as we did. I find running helps me find perspective. I hope you found solace in it too. It’s lovely that you wanted to run for him xx
Really sorry. I remember you posting about him before. You’ve been a good mate to him. Journey well Frank, and run like the wind rolysmate x
Sad news: I remember that incredible post by Mummycav about running through her memories of her mother; you may experience that on your next run for Frank. Run, run, run...
Been out so just got the post and saw your sad news. Well done on running for Frank and such a good run too. You were a good friend to him in life and a great credit to him in his passing.
So sorry to hear your sad news, but you've paid a lovely tribute to him.
Keep running and living. X
Rest in peace old Frank...& run with him in your heart rolysmate , sorry to hear your sad news ....he will be right there with you x
Oh no, that very sad news. Sounds like he was one of the good ones, who's touched your heart and will stay in there. Life can be both wonderful and terrible at the same time. Thinking of you xx
Sorry to hear your sad news.
I'm sorry to hear that roly, I remember you posting about Frank before. If you ran until you had a stitch, then you ran him proud! 😄
I'm sorry to hear that - condolences. I'm glad you ran well for him x
