The first week 2 run is done and it felt surprisingly easier than week 1, did anyone else find this? Would recommend ‘The Great Showman’ album to run to! 💃😂

I did my first week 2 run today as well and am just amazed how achievable it is! Hoping the weeks continue like this 🤞😁
Very well done. Just back from my W2 R1 today. it did feel a touch easier than expected but I didn't need an invitation to walk after the 90 secs of running!
