After at least three weeks off due to illness etc I went for my first run today finishing off week 8. It turns out I can easily still run for 28mins!yay! Though I am slower than before.

Thank you, yes been ill from Christmas and then a chest infection settled in. Now as long as the snow holds off ( not likly by weather forecast this week) I should graduate beginning of next week!
