Nice weather for a run...if you are a duck!!!🦆

So this morning it is pouring with rain & rather windy.I am running week 5 run 2...but I am very happy about this because this is the run was supposed to do about 6 weeks ago before I was forced to stop for a month.I am well & truly back on track so to speak 😊 looking forward to the challenge of 8 whole minutes of pain & torture haha 😂🤣

Fantastic, so pleased for you. All I did in the wind and rain today was walk the dogs - but then I was out yesterday getting my new trail shoes thoroughly muddy, so I'm not too bovvered

Well done!! I had an injury around this stage and still on my journey back to where I got up to. I know how much I’m looking forward to that torture of running a new run so celebrating with you today!!
