Late blooming Mom- late blooming runner! After having my first baby at 44 I’m now dealing with 30 extra pounds! I want to run but have never run in my life. Nothing is moving this weight off my body- I need to find a way to exercise in 30 min a day! Praying for strength to not give up and to be successful

Well you have certainly come to the right place, the couch to 5k is a great way to get started. and you would surely melt some of those lbs away. i started the c25k in march of last year and now i run regularly. a long the way i lost about 22lbs. i still have a big appetite but im just a food lover what can i say . keep everyone updated
You can shift the weight, never fear. Running is fab. C25k is a gentle introduction - with more walks than jogs to start with - but it sets you on your way 🙂👍🏃♀️ to better health
