Kick up the backside worked 😂😂

After a really good run on New Year’s Eve my running mojo disappeared. NYE’s run was with Mrs Pyscho whose running mojo kicked in after that run. Thankfully, she gave me a swift kick up the rear yesterday & I went out this evening. It was a fab run & I felt so good, I did a 3k run and then some hill reps & still feeling great, ran another 2k. Came home & found the 30 day beginner squat challenge & joined - having a well earned chill out on the sofa now. Lookimg forward to my next run on Tuesday. Mojo well & truly back 😁
