Runner in training!

A beautiful cloud free morning has deteriorated into a stormy late afternoon, but I got out for my run before the rain and wind set in. Managed to complete 34 minutes of non stop running, and without straying beyond my comfort zone! I do believe that the c25k programme has improved my stamina and strength, as well as contributing to my wellbeing. If anyone is just checking out the forum before giving it a go, I would say get out there and prove it’s value for yourself - it’ll do you good! I’m gonna try for the local parkrun next weekend, though it’ll probably be more of a walk/run as I’m nowhere near running for 5k just yet, but gonna give it a go!
