Happy runner - W9R1 in the bag

Just back from my ante penultimate run. I downloaded Strava and started that when Michael told me to run, so I now know that my pace is slightly over 8km/hr and that I managed 3.7km non-stop running.

About one minute in I was feeling good and mused to myself - this is great, it should be available on the NHS - wait, what? It is!!!!! Fantastic - I would never have managed without this app, and especially without all the lovely people on here. I think of some of you as I run, and I keep going because I want you to be proud.

Thank you all, two more to go to graduation.
