Just Arrived...

Back in September, I started on my c25k journey, and have been encouraged through it so far by the silky smooth voice of Joe Whiley.

Unfortunately, due to other commitments (mainly on two wheels...) I've only made it halfway through week 5 so far. I'm planning to do W5R3 tomorrow morning, and am actually quite looking forward to it - despite reading some of the horror stories about just how much of a step up it actually is.

I'm really pleased to have finally found somewhere that I can read through other peoples' stories about their journeys so I can compare my experiences so far.

Keep running!

Ben

Good luck, trust in the program and trust in yourself. There are plenty of 'I'm so happy I just did it!' Posts too😊

Nice and steady, think of it in five minute chunks..you will smash it..keep positive 😊x

Well, I did it. I've now finished week 5. It wasn't as hard as I'd built it up to be, and I really enjoyed it. Onto week 6 then!

It is not actually much of a step up at all. The preceding run/walk totals 21 minutes, so there is nothing to worry about.
