You can download the podcast and let the voice of Laura tell you exactly what to do as you go along- then you don't have to repeatedly look at your watch.

I started this week and have just done wk1R2. I feel so pleased with myself! I tried last year but life got in the way so was really fed up about it. Still, looks good now!
I started on Monday and now thinking I will attempt Wk1 R3 today 😊 you will be fine just follow the podcast! Afterwards you will feel so GOOD go for it.......good luck, have fun!

You can either download the C25K app from the App Store, or podcasts from iTunes (I think, not sure as I used the app). I liked the app because you get to pick from 4 different celebrity coaches.
This running programme is nicely structured so you build up gradually, making it both do-able and safe. Have you got some good, supportive running shoes? A playlist of your favourite songs? A desire to make a fantastic healthy change to your life? If the answer is yes, you have all you need. 😀
Oh, and be sure to do some nice gentle stretches after each run.
