Hiya, I'm new to this, what tips would you give for starting couch to 5k? I'm not a runner, in fact I've not really excersised for a couple of years & need a kick up the bum. Thanks.

My advice is simple! Read the blog you will be linked too for joining this forum, follow the programme and keep it slow and steady. The programme works so go with it and you will be amazed at what you achieve!
Welcome to the c25k forum! The FAQs post provides a ton of useful material, make sure that you go through it. Run slow to ensure you don't hurt yourself, honour the rest days, and make sure that you drink plenty of water. Wishing you the best of luck to get started!

Thanks for the responses. Run 1 done. Wasn't too hard, only really struggled with the amount of dog walkers & dogs roaming free, I'm a bit frightened of dogs I don't know, for some reason they seem to think I'm a tasty snack! Back in the car for the short journey home.
I wasn't a runner either but the plan really is great. Just follow c25k exactly as it tells you and always have rest days in between you can do this ππ
