I've been putting this off since I broke my leg a few years ago, and ended in the hospital for sometime. After I got better, I seen a picture of myself and just about died!! I gained so much weight it was unbelievable.
I seen an advertisement for Learn to Row and checked with my doctor. I fell in love with the sport. I'm going in my 3rd year and went down 2 dress sizes.
I'm now trying to build my confidence in running. And aiming to start Saturday evening. I can jog walk up to 2 k. I do a little now and then, but I want progress up to 5k non stop.
Nervous as heck!! haha

Don’t be. Couch to 5k is a gentle introduction to running 🙂. You get to do it oh so slowly which is a relief
I just read a lovely little kindle book about a Team GB rower who took herself off to NZ, having never run before, to run the length of the mountain range south to north carrying a full pack 😃.
One foot in front of the other, and go .... 🏃♀️👍. Have fun
I am nervous and excited. It's been a good 3 years now and I have the doctors ok. I just have to wear a brace. I don't have much of a knee cap left, doctor said if I keep exercising I can delay knee replacement. And that's my mission
